Man Airlifted After School Bus-Medical Transport Van Collide In Medford: Police

A man was airlifted to a nearby hospital following a morning crash between a medical transport van and a school bus on Wednesday, March 5, authorities said.

At 6:23 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Hartford Road after a medical transport van traveling south collided with a school bus traveling north, Medford Township police said.

The medical transport van veered off the roadway and overturned, police said. The driver of the school bus was the only occupant, police said.

The driver of the van, a 30-year-old man was airlifted to a trauma center with back and leg injuries, police said. The driver of the school bus was transported to a nearby hospital with an arm injury.

The crash remains under investigation, police said.
